10th & 11th August 2018
You will find all the action in our Main Arena. It contains the Main Stage, all our food vendors and our traders too. Pitch up your day tents, rugs and gazebos here and settle yourselves down for some major fun! You can also access the Big Marquee, Kids Arena, Vehicle Arena and Campsite from this area.
If you are interested in having a stall, or are a food vendor that would like to trade, please get in touch with us via the Contact page.
Our Kids Arena was introduced in 2016 and went down a storm. EVERYTHING in this arena is free for your children. It houses its own Kids Stage along with a craft tent, storytelling, bouncy castles, assault courses, mini golf, character meet & greets and much much more.
Just outside the arena, you will find extra things for the kids, such as their own Juice Bar, refreshments, face painting, hair braiding & temporary tattoos.
Wicked Hathern Fest teamed up with Charnwood Scoobies and Loughborough Land Rover Club in 2016 to launch our brand new Vehicle Arena. The arena does its own bit for charity, with Rainbows getting involved with a stall and collection buckets.
If you're interested in showing a vehicle or are involved in a club, please get in touch with us using the Contact page.
Here at WHF we are proud of our bars. Our Main Bar, which stocks a full range of real ales, farmhouse ciders, lager & cider on tap now also sells spirits and mixers. It's run by our volunteers and has been noted to be one of the best run festival bars in the area.
We also have a Wine Bar which serves a selection of wines provided by George Hill's in Loughborough, as well as Prosecco and Pimm's. All wine is available either by the glass or by the bottle.
Burleighs Distillery provide our Gin Bar with a delicious range of gin cocktails for you to taste and you can even purchase a bottle (or two) of their locally produced gin.
Our final bar is our Cocktail Bar, which in 2015 was provided by Beetlejuice and in 2016 by Speakeasy. Whatever your tastes, there's something for you at Wicked Hathern Fest
From Mexican burritos to Peter Pizza, and british beef burgers through to Thai noodles, we aim to cater for every taste in food. We understand that with our gates opening at 12:30 and the day finishing at midnight, you're going to want more than one type of food all day - that's why we've created our mini 'feastival' to tempt you with their delicious wares.
The food vendors at WHF'16 were all rated 5 star by the food standards agency and it is our aim to keep these standards through into 2017.
Don't forget that you can now stay with us on both Friday and Saturday night. Camping was introduced in 2015 and has been a sure-fire hit. With its close proximity to the Main Arena and easy access to the Car Park, our campsite has its own toilet facilities and drinking water available.
