  • MAIN ARENA

You will find all the action in our Main Arena.  It contains the Specsavers Stage, all our food vendors and our traders too.  Pitch up your day tents, rugs and gazebos here and settle yourselves down for some major fun!  You can also access The Dovecote, Family Arena and Adventure Arena from this area.

If you are interested in having a stall, or are a food vendor that would like to trade, please get in touch with us via the Contact page.

  • FAMILY ARENA

Our Family Arena was introduced in 2016.  It's the home of the Hawthorn Marquee, which houses the Hawthorn Stage.  On Friday this stage features a hot line-up of young artists as well as established bands.

On Saturday, on the Hawthorne Stage, is an array of performers to delight and entertain our younger visitors.

Also featured within the Family Arena are bouncy castles, arts & crafts tents, character meet & greets, story telling, sports activities - all of which are FREE!

  • ADVENTURE ARENA

Wicked Hathern Fest teamed up with Charnwood Scoobies and Loughborough Land Rover Club in 2016 to launch our brand new Adventure Arena.  The arena does its own bit for charity, with Rainbows getting involved with a stall and collection buckets.

If you're interested in showing a vehicle or are involved in a club, please get in touch with us using the Contact page.

  • BARS

Here at WHF we are proud of our bars.  Our main bar, The Dovecote, stocks a full range of real ales, farmhouse ciders, lager & cider on tap now also sells spirits and mixers.  It's run by our volunteers and has been noted to be one of the best run festival bars in the area.

We also have a Wine Bar which serves a selection of wines provided by George Hill's in Loughborough, as well as Prosecco.  All wine is available either by the glass or by the bottle.

Burleighs Distillery provide our Gin Bar with a delicious range of gin cocktails for you to taste and you can even purchase a bottle (or two) of their locally produced gin.

Our final bar is our cocktail bar run by Horatio Matricardi, selling the finest cocktails and also Pimms on tap!

  • CAMPSITE

Don't forget that you can now stay with us on both Friday and Saturday night.  Camping was introduced in 2015 and has been a sure-fire hit.  With its close proximity to the Main Arena and easy access to the Car Park, our campsite has its own toilet facilities and drinking water available.

CAMPSITE RULES PITCHING TIMES Pitching opens at 4pm on Friday and closes at 7pm. It re-opens at 10 am on Saturday until 2pm. No tents will be permitted to pitch outside of these times. SIZE OF PITCHES Our campsite area isn't marked out with designated pitches, but is sectioned off with fire lanes. Pitches are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Camping can only be booked up to the Wednesday before the festival as we will need to prepare the site. NUMBER OF CAMPERS Each Camping Ticket entitles the bearer to erect a single tent. However, if you wish to put your party in one single tent, we ask for a maximum of 5 per tent - this includes children. TENT, CAMPERVAN OR CARAVAN? Tents and Campervans (no longer then 21ft) are welcome at Wicked Hathern Fest, however due to the nature of the field and the access, we cannot allow Caravans at this point in time. It's something we're looking into for future festivals. COOKING & FIRES Unfortunately we cannot permit the use of open fires or BBQs on our campsite, but camping stoves are permitted. LIGHTS OUT We do not operate a 'lights out' policy, but the gates to the camping area will be closed at midnight. We politely ask that all our overnight guests remember that this is a family festival and there may be small children staying over too. CAMPSITE FACILITES TOILETS The campsite has its own toilet facilities for exclusive use of our overnight guests. These toilets are serviced three times over the duration of the weekend. WATER Drinking water is available, unfortunately we do not provide shower facilities at WHF. BREAKFAST A limited number of our vendors will be open on both Saturday and Sunday morning to provide breakfast. This is not included in the price. SECURITY Although the campsite has its own 24 hour security, we cannot guarantee that your belongings will be safe. Please do not leave any valuables in your tent, cars or vans. OFF-SITE FACILITIES If you arrive early and fancy something to do before our gates open, take a look at www.loveloughborough.co.uk. There's a bus stop right outside the site too.
