FAQ

IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have an extensive car park but in wet weather we may have to close this. We highly recommend getting the Skylink bus which drops you off right next to our site. Visit the Skylink website for timetables.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK?

You cannot bring alcohol into our events due to restrictions on our licence. We allow soft drinks and picnics, but please be aware that any cans, glass or metal (including cutlery, chutney jars, perfume bottles, compact mirrors) are not allowed. All bags will be subject to a search on entry.

CAN CHILDREN COME ON THEIR OWN?

No. Children aged 15 & under MUST be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult over the age of 21.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY BABY?

Yes. We have strict rules on our capacity for licensing reasons. Babies (0-2) used to be free but still needed a ticket, however many people didn't obtain one. To keep our head-count accurate we are now charging for babies... the good news? It's only £1!

DO CARERS GET IN FREE?

Yes. Carers accompanying a fully paying guest (16+) can come in for free, they just need to show their carers identification at the gate. Children aged 15 & under who require a carer must also be accompanied by a paying adult as stated in our terms and conditions.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

No. As much as we love them, pets are not allowed at our events.

CAN I BRING SPARKLERS?

No. Sparklers are a fire risk and are not permitted at our event.
